  • When does registration open? Online registration will be open through April 10, 2023. 

  • How do I register online? Click here to sign in using your CSAC member portal personal log-in and password. 

  • Forgot your login and/or password? Use the reset password feature. If you don't receive an email message, check your spam filter before contacting Patnu Vang at (916) 327-7500, extension 527 or email.

  • I'm not a member. How do I register? You must have an account to register. If you have attended a CSAC event or meeting, you may already have an account. Click here and click find username before creating a new account. If you never attended a CSAC event or meeting, you must create a new profile. If you are unable to create a profile, contact Patnu Vang at (916) 327-7500, extension 527 or email. Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration. 

  • How do I reset my login and passwordIf you need help retrieving your login and password, use the reset password feature. If you don't receive an email, check your spam filter before contacting Patnu Vang at (916) 327-7500, extension 527 or email.

  • Am I a CSAC Member? Members include county affiliates, county officials and staff.
  • When is the CSAC 2023 Legislative Conference? April 12 through April 13, 2023.
  • Where will the CSAC 2023 Legislative Conference be held? The conference will be held in Sacramento County. Functions will take place at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. For more information, be sure to review the conference site and the full conference schedule.
  • What health and safety policies are in place for the CSAC 2023 Legislative Conference? CSAC places the health and safety of our members as a top priority and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. We understand that members and participants may still be concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and they are welcome to continue to take precautions, such as wearing a mask indoors. If any changes are made to CSAC's Health and Safety Policy for the Conference, it will be announced to attendees via email. 
  • How much does it cost to register for the conference?

  • How do I change an existing registration? Log-in to the CSAC Member Portal, select ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Participation’ tab. Upcoming event registrations are listed on this page and you can make any changes here. If you need assistance, please email Kate B. Poblete.

  • How do I cancel my registration? Advance registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $75 processing charge, if sent in writing no later than March 29,2023. All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to Kate B. Poblete. Requests for refunds must be received by Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Substitutions will be allowed beyond this date, but no-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee.
  • How do I send someone in my place if I cannot attend? Substitutions are allowed up to the date of the conference. Please email Kate B. Poblete to request a substitution with the following information: name of original registrant, name of substitute, 

  • I can no longer attend the conference, but I missed the cancellation period. Can I still receive a refund? If you missed the cancellation deadline, you are encouraged to provide a substitute. No refunds will be given after March 29, 2023.
