What health and safety policies are in place for the 2021 Annual Meeting?
As of October 14, all attendees must wear masks while indoors at the 2021 Annual Meeting, including the Portola Hotel and Spa, the Monterey Conference Center, and the Marriott Hotel, except while eating or drinking during meals and receptions. All attendees will also be required to provide a record of their complete COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result (completed within 72 hours prior to attending). Per the CDC, participants must be two weeks past the date of their final vaccination to be considered fully vaccinated. For updated information visit the

What is included in the registration rate
A full CSAC registration includes program materials, General Sessions, Policy Committee Meetings, Workshops, Exhibitor Opening & Reception, Exhibitor Showing & Luncheon, Thursday Awards Breakfast, Thursday Luncheon, CSAC President’s Reception and Annual Banquet.
A full CEAC registration includes program materials, General Sessions, Thursday Breakfast, Workshops, Policy Committee Meetings, Exhibitor Showing & Luncheon, CLODS BBQ, CSAC President’s Reception and Annual Banquet.

How do I cancel my registration?
Advance registrants unable to attend can send a substitute, or receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $75 processing charge. All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to
. Requests for refunds must be received by Friday, November 5, 2021. However, substitutions will be allowed beyond this date. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the full registration fee.
I can no longer attend the conference, but I missed the cancellation period. Can I still receive a refund?
If you missed the cancellation deadline you are encouraged to provide a substitute. No refunds will be given after November 5, 2021.
