General Questions

When is the 2022 Annual Meeting? Monday,November 14, 2022 through Friday, November 18, 2022. The bulk of the meeting takes place Tuesday, November 15 - Thursday, November 17.

Where will the 2022 Annual Meeting be held? The conference will be held in Orange County. Functions will take place at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. For more information, be sure to review the conference site and the full conference schedule.
Will there be a map available for attendees? Yes, you can download a copy of the meeting space floor plan here .

What is included in the registration rate?
- A full CSAC registration includes program materials, General Sessions, Policy Committee Meetings, Workshops, Exhibitor Opening & Luncheon, Exhibitor Showing & Luncheon, Thursday Awards Breakfast, Thursday Luncheon, CSAC President’s Reception and Annual Banquet.
- A full CEAC registration includes program materials, General Sessions, Thursday Breakfast, Workshops, Policy Committee Meetings, Exhibitor Showing & Luncheon, CLODS BBQ, CSAC President’s Reception and Annual Banquet.

Will the New Supervisors Institute offer a session at the 2022 Annual Meeting? Yes, if you plan to register for both events, we ask that you register for the New Supervisors Institute first by click this link. If you have questions about this event, please contact the Institute Team via email.
Will my organization be able to exhibit at the 2022 Annual Meeting? Yes. If you have any questions about sponsorship/exhibit opportunities or the benefits of becoming a Corporate Partner, contact Jim Manker.

When does registration open? Online registration will be open through October 31, 2022.
How do I register online? Visit the CSAC Member Portal and use your personal log-in and password. Log-in can also be found on the registration site.
Forgot your login and/or password? Use the CSAC Member Portal reset password feature. If you don't receive an email message, check your spam filter before contacting our team here.
I'm not a member. How do I register? You must have a free account on the CSAC Member Portal to register. If you have attended a CSAC event or meeting, you may already have an account. Click here to check for an existing account before creating a new account.
Never attended a CSAC conference or meeting? Create a free new profile on the CSAC Member Portal. If you are unable to create a profile, contact our team via email. Once your profile is set up, you can continue your registration.
How do I reset my login and password? If you need help retrieving your login and password, use the reset password feature. If you don't receive an email, check your spam filter before contacting our team via email.
Am I a CSAC Member? CSAC Members include county affiliates, county officials and other county staff.

How do I change an existing registration? All registration changes can be sent via email here. You may also log-in to the CSAC Member Portal, select ‘My Account’ and click the ‘Participation’ tab. Upcoming event registrations are listed on this page to make any changes.
How do I cancel my registration? Advance registrants unable to attend can send a substitute, or receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $75 processing charge, UNTIL October 21. All cancellations require a written request and can be sent to Porsché Green. To receive a refund for your request must be received by Friday, October 21, 2022. However, substitutions will be allowed beyond this date. No-shows and late cancellations after October 21 forfeit the full registration fee.
I can no longer attend the conference, but I missed the cancellation period. Can I still receive a refund? If you missed the cancellation deadline (October 21, 2022) you are encouraged to provide a substitute. No refunds will be given after October 21, 2022.
