The CSAC member portal allows you to manage your account, update your information, pay your invoice, view your history and register for meetings and events. 


If you are logging in or need to create an account click the CSAC Member Portal link. This will take you to the CSAC Member portal.

To Log in follow the steps below: 

  • Click “Log in” in the upper right hand corner.
  • You will be prompted to enter your username and password to verify your account.

To 
Create an Account follow the steps below:
  • If you need to create an account, click “Create Account” in the upper right hand corner.
  • You will be prompted to fill out basic information and create your password.

To reset your Password follow the instructions below: 

  • Step 1: Go to the CSAC Member Portal  and click “Forgot password”.
  • Step 2: Enter your Username to verify your account. 
  • Step 3You will then receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
    Note: If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder or contact us for further assistance.

To view your order history follow the instructions below: 

  • Step 1: Log in to your Member Portal  account.
  • Step 2: Click the "My Account" tab 
  • Step 3: Click the "My Participation" tab.
    From there you will be able to see information about your Organization, your upcoming classes and events, open and closed invoices, and recent transactions. 

To update your contact information follow the steps below: 

  • Step 1: Log in to your Member Portal account.
  • Step 2: Click the "My Account" tab
  • Step 3: Click the "About Me" tab.
  • Step 4: Click on the pencil icon to edit your contact information. 

To change your password follow the instructions below: 

  •  Step 1: Log in to your Member Portal  account.
  • Step 2: Click the "My Account" tab
  • Step 3: Click the "My Preferences" tab.
  • Step 4: Click on "Change password"

To pay your invoice follow the instructions below: 

  • Step 1:  Log in to your Member Portal account.
  • Step 2: Click the "My Account" tab  
  • Step 3: Click the "My Participation" tab.
  • Step 4: Scroll down to "My open invoices"
    Select open invoice and follow the prompts to pay.
