A service is simply a means of delivering value to the customer by facilitating the desired outcome. IT Service Management practices can be applied to other lines-of-business to improve service delivery across the entire organization. This course provides an approach to ESM (Enterprise Service Management), to improve your service capability, request handling, and your tooling capabilities.
