Deployment and leadership of high performance teams
371 Building and Maintaining a Team Environment
Given the complex changes assaulting every supervisor, manager, and leader today, there is an urgent need to expand the insights, understanding, and tools needed to create a high-performing county culture. This class provides participants with the know-how to design a team culture that harnesses the power of each and all members of the team.
Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to move groups more rapidly toward becoming teams. Key content will include:
