The 2024 CEAC Policy Conference will take place August 23-24 in Sacramento

Registration

• Limited on-site registrations are available.
• Member Registration Fee: $150 Note: ALL county staff are members of CEAC.
• Non-Member Registration Fee: $250
• Sponsorship Registration Fee: $1000 (Does NOT include a complimentary registration. Verbal and written logo signage only)
• Lanyard Sponsorship Fee: $3,500 (plus set-up)
  
  

  To Register:
  1: Sign in to your account
  2: Select Register Myself (If you are registering someone else, click Register Someone Else)
  3: Select the Registration Option of your choice (If you are a member of a County Public Works Agency or Caltrans, please use the Member Registration option. For a listing of current CEAC Affiliate members that also receive the member rate, please click here.)
  4: Respond to Meeting Questions and click Save Responses
  5: Add Program Items you wish to participate in -- Be sure to click 'ADD' for program items to be added to your registration.  
  6: Proceed to check out -- You can also check out by clicking the cart icon at top right corner. 
  

  To view your registration or to make a payment:
  

  1. Log-in to your Member Portal page
  2. Click My Account 
  3. Select Participation to view your Upcoming Events or Invoices
  
  *For optimal page viewing, we recommend using a computer/laptop to register.

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Sponsor Fee: $1000 (Includes sponsorship of County Engineers Night or hospitality suite, advanced copy of conference registration list, logo signage and recognition during all CEAC policy committee meetings and administrative committee meeting, logo recognition in the CEAC newsletter. Does NOT include a conference registration)
• Lanyard Sponsor Fee: $3,500 (contact Merrin Gerety for the lanyard sponsorship)

Conference Hotel

• CEAC has a room block at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento. The reservation is under “CEAC Attendees.” The rate is $199 p/night plus taxes, etc.

• Sheraton parking is $40 for valet and $30 for self-parking, but there are also city lots near the Capitol Event Center, CSAC office, and the Sheraton Grand Hotel.
• The cut-off date for reservations is July 31, 2024.

Cancellations

• No refunds will be given for CANCELLATION requests after August 8, 2024  All cancellations must be submitted in writing/via email.  Substitutions can be made.
