158 Growing your Leadership Communication

How we communicate is how we lead. Join us for an interactive, educational, and fun workshop in which we will explore the critical importance of how we communicate as leaders for our teams, and how this affects the people with whom we work and the outcomes that we achieve. Topics will include: communicating the purpose and impact of your team, how to provide effective feedback, communication tactics for Zoom, speaking and writing, how to become a better listener (a critical communication skill)- and more. Come ready to learn, get to know your colleagues in other counties, and share your thoughts, ideas and experience. 

Instructor: Marcy Porus-Gottlieb is a strategic coach, facilitator, and consultant for senior leaders and team. Marcy has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
