129 Leading Multigenerational Teams

Juggling a workforce with teens to seniors – leadership for everyone
129 Leading Multigenerational Teams

For the first time in history, we find ourselves working with people from five generations.  In today’s workplace, we have to understand, communicate, and interact with people from different eras, with different values and habits, and with fundamentally different ideas about life! This class focuses on understanding and practicing integrating deeper generational insights into practice.  They learn a unique set of skills and processes to employ when encountering people whose values, habits, and business practices may be at odds with their own. This workshop provides participants with skills to blend generations to get the best from everyone. This workshop will help us understand ourselves better so we can lead our teams effectively to push our organizations’ mission forward. Topics covered include organizational culture, team dynamics, and leading a multigenerational team

INSTRUCTOR: Santor Nishizaki Ed.D. is a former city manager, TEDx speaker, and the founder and CEO of Mulholland Consulting Group.
