Health & Safety Policy

Health and Safety Policy: The health and safety of CSAC members is a top priority. All attendees are welcome to take health and safety precautions that meet or exceed any local, state or federal health and safety or emergency requirements and ordinances. CSAC reserves the right to modify this Health and Safety Policy at any time to align practices with any updates to requirements or ordinances as well as local conditions. Should the Health and Safety Policy be modified for this event, attendees will be notified via email as soon as possible.   

 

Code of Conduct

By registering for this meeting, I agree to abide by CSAC’s Conference Code of Conduct. CSAC is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of CSAC staff, exhibitors or conference participants in any form. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or conduct; violence or threats of violence; sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language; and lewd or obscene behavior or language. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned, expelled from the conference without a refund, or barred from attending future CSAC events at CSAC’s discretion.   


Right to Use Name and Likeness

In consideration for my participation in CSAC’s meeting/conference, I hereby grant CSAC permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (royalty-free, both now and in the future) my image, name, and voice in all forms and all media including, without limitation, photographs, electronic reproductions and transmission of images and audio files, webcasting, and any and all other uses on the internet in perpetuity and for any and all CSAC lawful purposes.
